6 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats, dry
1 cup cottage cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and that's your batter! Cook 'em up like you would any other pancake!
They are phenomenal. They taste like a cinnamon french toast, and you cannot taste the cottage cheese at all! (I was worried about that.)
